Citrates are actual components of the krebs cycle. Evidence suggests that minerals chelated to krebs cycle intermediates are far better absorbed, utilised, and tolerated than inorganic mineral forms such as carbonates, oxides, and chlorides.
Dosage: Maintenance dose – 1 capsule daily with food. It has been suggested that between 2.5-5.0g of potassium have been used for hypertension. The combination with magnesium is likely to reduce this requirement.
